    Editor's Note: The small cobblestone structure on the property is described as a well house on page 10 of the National Register of Historic Places Registration Form (see below); however, the current owner of the property during an on site visit by Richard Palmer (6/28/2020) said that it was a smoke house. Richard observed the charred interior of the now crumbling structure supporting that statement.
